Billing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Invoice Generation:

Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.

• Billing Accuracy:

Verify billing data to ensure correctness and resolve any discrepancies.

• Payment Tracking:

Monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed and organized records of billing transactions and client account details.

• Customer Communication:

Address customer inquiries and provide clarification on invoices and billing issues.

Coordination with Teams:

Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth billing processes.

• Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

• Reporting:

Prepare regular billing and financial reports for management.

• System Updates:

Use billing software effectively and update systems with accurate client information.

• Problem-Solving:

Investigate and resolve billing errors or disputes promptly.
