Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Digital Campaign Management:
  Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, PPC, display advertising, and content marketing.
• Content Creation & Strategy:
  Develop high-quality, engaging content for digital channels (blogs, social media, website, email newsletters). Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency of brand messaging.
• Social Media Management:
  Manage and grow the companys presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and interacting with followers.
• SEO & SEM Optimization:
  Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and analyze search engine rankings. Assist with managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Email Marketing:
  Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotional offers, etc.), segment audiences, monitor open/click-through rates, and ensure high deliverability rates.
• Analytics & Reporting:
  Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports on ROI, traffic, lead generation, and engagement.
• Customer Engagement & Lead Nurturing:
  Engage with customers through online channels and monitor feedback. Develop strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales or long-term customers.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
  Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools to ensure strategies are innovative and competitive.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, product launches, and promotions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Experience:
  1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, SEM, or similar roles. Experience with campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Creative Skills:
  Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills. Ability to create compelling digital content and design basic visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Ability to analyze data, track performance, and generate insights to optimize campaigns for better results.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
