Job Description

Job Position:

Summary Support the HRBP activities for Flight Ops vertical and manage the employee life cycle, from pre hiring to post separation stage. Conduct induction sessions, responding to employee queries


Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing Bonds and carrying our related activities of bond preparation, exchange of cheques and handover to HR Ops.

2. Maintain data related to Pilots Benevolence scheme, TMU, PMU, of Pilots.

3. Execute HRIS updates including bank details, confirmation, exits and ensuring HRIS is updated at all times.

4. Facilitating Insurance claims of employees, AOD / Mediclaim cases and any such special cases.

5. Coordinate and release Internal Job Postings, Career Progression of Employees

6. Execute payroll and benefit preparation according to internal processes. Ensure accurate data (monthly variable allowances, overtime, recovery, LWP, time and attendance) is sent to payroll team as per the timelines given

7. Preparation of various reports and presentations as may be required

8. Conducting Inductions, supporting events for employee engagement, visiting airports as part of Employee Interaction process, collecting feedback from employees, conducting exit interviews and coordinating and giving responses to queries raised.

9. Supporting Compensation and Benefits team for Salary Benchmarking,

10. Any other tasks as may be assigned by seniors.


Desired Qualification/certifications

Post Graduate in any Human Resources. or discipline.

Candidates with knowledge / qualification of labour laws will be preferred.


Preferred relevant work experience

  • 5 years experience in employee life cycle management, employee engagement, HR Operations, benefits administration.
  • Sound exposure labour laws , HRIS operations.
