Learning And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Create and execute learning calendar and programs
• Manage program content and workshops
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Prepare L&D MIS and dashboards
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts
• Support Talent Management initiatives
• Identify training vendors and support vendor managements , contracts in collaboration with inhouse teams

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience as an L&D/training Manager
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Experience in program management

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
