Location: Mysore

Internship Duration: 6 months to 1 year

Shift Timings: Flexible shifts

About the Internship:

We are hiring MBA Freshers for three distinct internship roles in HR, Marketing, and Office Administration. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential professional skills, and grow within a dynamic work environment.

1️⃣ HR Intern Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and compliance tasks.
  • Handle employee queries and grievance resolution.

Requirements:
MBA in HR (2023/2024 pass-out preferred).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Interest in HR policies and operations.

2️⃣ Marketing Intern – Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Support branding, promotions, and lead generation activities.
  • Work on event planning and digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
MBA in Marketing (2023/2024 pass-out preferred).
✔ Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
✔ Knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.

3️⃣ Office Admin Intern – Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office records, supplies, and logistics.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, travel, and facility management.
  • Handle document filing, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and management teams in office-related activities.

Requirements:
MBA (Any Specialization) / BBA / Graduate (2023/2024 pass-out preferred).
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
