Job Description
Akamai is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing expert. Youll develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and boost adoption of Akamai products. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Program Specialist, APJ, Security Growth Marketing Strategy.
As a Marketing Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Building mindshare and preference for Akamais Security solutions
- Collaborating with marketing, channel, and sales teams on a data-driven growth strategy for Akamais Security portfolio.
- Advising on content strategies and creating campaign kits for field marketing activation across APJ.
- Supporting regional events execution and rapid response programs across APJ.
- Managing budgets, planning, and communication across teams.
- Analyzing and report on the performance of the Security go-to-market strategy, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.

- Be proficient in analyzing data and metrics to optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and refine strategies for improvement.
- Adapt to an evolving environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, influencing stakeholders, presenting ideas, and ensuring alignment on initiatives.
- Manage complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while coordinating across teams and regions.
- Demonstrate creativity by thinking outside the box, generating innovative ideas and solutions to engage audiences.
- Be well versed in SFDC, Tableau Automation 360, Google workspace for analysis and reporting needs.
