Deputy Manager (Contracts)

Role & responsibilities: -

• Cost estimation for new contractors by analyzing, the existing site conditions and all the important aspects at the new thermal power project.
• To prepare ATP (Action Taken Report) on daily basis for all the existing contracts at different part of India.
• Controlling project progress and PO amendments accordingly to ensure inapplicability of LD clauses.
• Techno-Commercial screening of tenders (EPC/RMU/AMC/ O&M and supply, Installation of the individual equipment/ component/ BOPs items) issued by the customers.
• Explore manufacturers/sub-vendors as per Pre-Qualifying- Requirement (PQR).
• Preparation of Techno- Commercial and Price Bids for participating in tenders.
• Project Coordination, Providing dispatch instructions, Monitoring dispatch of equipment, Project site activities, resolution of problems etc.
• Attending pre-bid meetings with clients to discuss all the Technical and commercial aspects of Tenders.
• Coordination with procurement team for the dispatch or receipts of materials from / to the OEM's clients, vendors etc. as per the standards INCOTERMS.
• Accountable for contract management, providing commercial and contractual support from commercial till execution of the project.
