Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Management:
   
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
2. Operations Oversight:
   
• Supervise and coordinate the operation of coal handling systems, including unloading, storage, blending, and feeding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with operational efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
3. Team Leadership:
   
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide guidance.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
   
• Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
5. Safety & Compliance:
   
• Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments at project sites.
6. Budget & Cost Control:
   
• Manage project budgets and control costs by optimizing resource utilization.
• Approve expenditures and reconcile project financials.
7. Technical Expertise:
   
• Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities for coal handling equipment.
8. Problem-Solving:
   
• Address project-related challenges and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations.
