Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize the ATS to generate reports and analyze HR metrics. Provide insights into workforce trends and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
HR Operations Administration: Oversee all aspects of HR administration, including payroll, leave management, and employee relations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employer brand. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee value proposi tion
Requirements
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5 + years experience as an HR Manager or similar role,
Extensive knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in using ATS software and other HRIS system
