- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for cloud architecture and software solutions.
- Design and document UML diagrams , sequence diagrams , architecture block diagrams , and software architectural diagrams .
- Develop and maintain database diagrams , including data tables and relationships.
- Explain concepts such as cloud architecture , authentication , and authorization in a user-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex software processes into understandable content.
- Write detailed guides and documentation using tools like Markdown and publish them using platforms like GitHub Pages .
- Ensure documentation adheres to standards, is version-controlled, and is easily accessible.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and related concepts.
- Proficiency in creating UML diagrams , sequence diagrams , and database diagrams .
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms in software systems.
- Knowledge of Markdown and version control systems such as GitHub .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Ability to create visually appealing and accurate diagrams to support written documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Background in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience working with cloud-based systems and data-driven applications.
- Experience with tools like Visio, Lucid chart , or other diagramming software.
- Strong Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
