Dy. General Manager

The job will include but not limited to :

Responsibility of effective management of AMC's of CNC machines like robotic spot welding machines, wheel set presses, press brakes, shearing machines, machining centers etc.

This includes supervising and ensuring total preventative maintenance and effectively managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical and robotic CNC machines.

Leading, managing and effectively delegating teams for providing AMC services with prompt technical and administrative support, clear communication and motivation.

Liaising with customers and officials.

Spare parts management including monitoring oof consumption, timely ordering, costing etc to ensure zero downtime.

Indigenous substitution/development of critical imported machine parts.

Bidding and filing of IREPS/GEM tenders

Experience and technical knowledge with spot welding processes, Siemens 840DSL, Bosch welding controls, PLC programs, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, reading, understanding and communication of ladder diagrams etc.

Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules

Coordination with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance.
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities.
