1. Build, establish and hold responsibility for developing and managing relationships with channel partners and System Integration to drive regular sales. 2. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects for multiple products of Eaton. 3. Understand Eaton products and solutions and be ready to help customers/channel partners in crafting best optimized solutions. 4. Disseminate training and market Eaton s new product s launched from time to time to keep channel partners up-to date 5. Execute channel strategies like Partner Programs etc to drive Eaton Enterprise business portfolio 6. Develop a multi-tiered relationship with the new customers and competition accounts 7. Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions 8. Identify and resolve conflicts at an early stage for effective channel management 9. Working closely with Electrical Consultants & key influencers for new projects. 10. Frequent travelling to respective region i.e Rajasthan, MP & Chhattishgarh along with meetings in Delhi NCR.
Qualifications Requirements:
1. Bachelors of Technology in Electronics or Electrical 2. 6-10 years of sales experience in Delhi, Rajasthan, MP & Chhattishgarh region 3. Out of Total Experience, min. 2-3 years direct sales experience along with channel management. 4. Proven performing sales track record. 5. A history of selling 3 Phase Large UPS Systems, Batteries, PDU s, Server Racks, IT Solutions, Software is expected from the candidates. 6. Candidate should be a accountable & learner 7. Candidate shall be open to regularly travel within the assigned territory and open to work in a challenging & agile environment. 8. Teamwork and good communication skills a must"
