Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Telecaller to join our growing IT sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects identified by our Sales Research Analysts, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with key account managers and senior leaders of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep interest in the IT solutions space.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Engagement:
    • Reach out to potential clients (identified by the sales research team) through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
    • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and potential for adopting IT solutions.
    • Effectively articulate the value proposition of our IT products/services, and how they align with the prospect's business objectives.
  • Meeting Scheduling:
    • Schedule meetings and product demos between qualified prospects and senior account managers or business leaders.
    • Ensure that all meetings are set up with relevant stakeholders and the right decision-makers are involved.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the sales team to track and follow up on leads to ensure conversion into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with Sales Research Analysts to stay updated on new leads and prospects.
    • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to the sales process.
    • Report on key performance metrics, such as number of calls made, meetings scheduled, and lead conversion rates.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
    • Gather insights into client needs and market demands, and communicate this information to the sales team for strategic decision-making.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Number of calls made and meetings scheduled per week.
  • Conversion rate of leads to qualified opportunities.
  • Percentage of meetings resulting in successful follow-ups.
  • CRM data accuracy and timely follow-up on leads.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback on scheduled meetings.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully qualifying leads and setting meetings for senior sales executives.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to engage prospects and initiate meaningful conversations that lead to meetings.
  • Knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
