AJ Financial Planning is a professional financial planning firm located in Australia and we are dedicated to delivering tailored solutions for our clients. We currently have offices in India and the Philippines with a team size of 26 people in total.

We are currently undertaking a large-scale project to update and optimize our digital file management system, enhancing efficiency and leveraging cutting-edge technology, including AI tools. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support this vital initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our cloud-based file storage system (Box).
• Rename and organize files following a standardized naming convention and folder structure.
• Apply metadata to files to enhance searchability and AI functionality.
• Review, verify, and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, file management, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and cloud-based systems (e.g., Box, Google Workspace).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with file naming conventions and metadata applications is a plus.
