Project Manager - Clinical Research

We're having requirements for Project Management team from Clinical Research background with an experience of 1-3 Years.

Job Location: Hyderabad(Dulapally)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
2. Scheduling of Projects
3. Updating of Projects Status to Sponsors and getting information on next pipe line projects from the sponsor.
4. Follow up with all stake holder involved in the project and making sure to complete the projects on time.
5. Define Project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
6. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
7. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
8. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
9. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
10. Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
11. Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
12. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
13. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
14. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
15. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
16. Track project milestones and deliverables.
17. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
18. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
19. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
