Finance Lead

Role & responsibilities

Financial Management :

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and general ledger.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify variances.

Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Audits:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage external audits and coordinate with stake holders.

Financial Strategy:

• Contribute to the development of financial strategies and operations goals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Team Leadership:

• Manage, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP and Tally systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
