Senior SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support (7-15 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant with proven experience in BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Custom T-Codes, and IDOCs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes, ensuring they align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the SAP FICO module to meet organizational needs.

- Develop and enhance functionalities using BADI (Business Add-Ins) and User Exits to support business operations.

- Enable seamless integration with external systems through BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface) and IDOCs (Intermediate Documents).

- Design, develop, and implement custom T-Codes to streamline financial and controlling processes.

- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests in FICO functionalities.

- Collaborate with functional teams and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for newly implemented functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in BADI, BAPI, User Exits, Custom T-Codes, and IDOCs.

- Strong understanding of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Product Costing).

- ABAP debugging skills to identify and resolve system issues.

Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.

Problem-Solving :

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Communication :

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver clear technical documentation.
