MEP Engineer

1. He shall be responsible for all MEP works and their performance after handing over of the flats.
2. He should have knowledge of liaison works with respective dept. like MSEDCL, Fire Dept, PCMC etc.
3. Bill processing of MEP vendors.
4. Electrical Head should have Knowledge in all HVAC, FPS, & PHE Work,
5. Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning of all HVAC, PHE, FPS Systems
6. Ensure smooth progress of day to day activities of mechnaical services of the entire Project
7. Timely procurement of all bought out items/ Equipments
8. Review & Value Engineering of DBRs, Drawings, BOQs received from the consultants
9. Co-ordination with Architects, Consultants for design finalization and Value Engineering
10. Knowledge in accommodating Revised/Upgraded system requirements of Client
11. To take all internal approvals and do necessary follow ups
12. Ensure proper onsite co-ordination with Civil team
