Role & responsibilities
- Ensure timely submission of all statutory compliances returns
- Planning of Annual Budget
- Ensure monthly attendance monitoring & salary distribution of Casual Staff on time.
- Ensure timely resolve the issues of employees and local district administration to maintain harmonious relation.
- Ensure adherences to systems in the department
- Ensure the distribution of items related to employees welfare and loan timely.
- Ensure timely & accurate service delivery of Housekeeping , canteen, Transportation, security & Guest House as per Company Plan.
- Ensure compliances of IATF 16949, EnMS 50001 , Ohsas 45001, EMS 14001
- Ensure employee involvement in all activity and celebration
- Ensure proper support during emergency evacuation activity.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of HR Tools, Plant Safety, Budgeting, Labour laws, Taxation.
- MBA / MSW with HR specialisation
