Job Description
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Coordinate meetings with potential clients both face to face and over the telephone.
- Main focus on client interaction and handling all their interior design requirements.
- Prepare cost proposals and hand project requirements to the designers.
- Plan CRM strategies with a view to increasing customer base.
- Handle and track customer mails and provide professional support to customers on phoneand mail.
- Ensure easy accessibility.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and contact home owners looking torenovate/refurbish their homes.
- Maintain sales and CRM reports along with project trackers.
- Note client s design brief diligently. No requirements should be lost in communication.
- MBA/Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years prior industry related to sales experience; preferably in the real estatesector.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.

Nothing can be liked with such an unprofessional company which do not a have any code of conduct. It is a fraud company totally mismanaged.
Overall company is fraud which dies not have any working environment. Emoloyees are fooled and exploited not even employees but the clients as well are given wrong information and are cheated.
