Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

    - Define project scope, timeline, and Execution .

    - Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies

    - Develop project schedules and resource allocation plans

2. Design Management:

    - Collaborate with designers and architects .

    - Review and approve design documents and specifications

    - Ensure design aligns with client's requirements 

3. Project Execution:

    - Oversee Interior Work, installation, and renovation.

    - Coordinate with Supervisor, contractors, and subcontractors .

4. Client Communication:

    - Serve as primary point of contact for clients

    - Provide project updates, progress reports, and issue resolution

    - Ensure client satisfaction and feedback .

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

2. Experience: 4+ years in interior project management or related roles

3. Skills:

    - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

    - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

    - Budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis skills.
