Role Summary:.
- As an Account Manager for B2B Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients.
- This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and increasing revenue, with a particular focus on the Indian market.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive success for our clients using our AI-enabled platform.
- This position requires relocation to the Gurgaon/NCR region.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities with midsized and large enterprises within the Automotive, Insurance, Financial, and Healthcare sectors in India.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within the Indian market.
- Client-Based Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored presentations for clients, understand their specific needs, and create proposals to address their business challenges.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients' customer experience needs and effectively position solutions to address their specific business challenges.
- Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction, supporting clients in maximizing the platform's value.
- Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, account plans, and targeted sales initiatives to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes within the Indian market to better serve clients and inform internal strategy.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel weekly to meet clients face-to-face and support business development efforts.
