Job Description : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead.

Position : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead.

Experience Required : 5+ Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to client requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to deliver high-quality CRM implementations.

- Customize and configure Dynamics CRM workflows, plugins, and integrations using tools such as Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.

- Develop scalable and reusable components leveraging Dynamics 365 SDK, JavaScript, and .NET frameworks.

- Manage data migration efforts, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and accurate data mapping.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and optimal performance.

- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud and recommend their adoption for business growth.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Expertise :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Cloud (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing modules).

- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM customization, JavaScript, .NET, and C#.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, Data Verse and Azure services.

- Experience with data integration tools like Kingsway Soft or Scribe.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of industry-specific CRM applications (e.g , Healthcare, Retail).

- Working Knowledge Customer Insights .

- Strong Communication skills.
