Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MS Dynamics Developer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions.

As an MS Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions within the MS Dynamics platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient functionality.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business processes, along with the technical expertise to create customizations and integrations that enhance the functionality of MS Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:.

Custom Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions, including plugins, workflows, and custom entities, in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).

Configuration and Customization :

- Configure MS Dynamics CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service based on business requirements.

Integration :

- Work on integrating MS Dynamics with external applications (e., ERP systems, third-party tools) using web services, REST APIs, and middleware tools.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Provide ongoing support for existing Dynamics implementations, resolve issues, and troubleshoot system performance issues.

Collaboration with Teams :

- Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with business goals.

User Training & Documentation :

- Create user manuals, documentation, and provide training to users on Dynamics functionality and new features.

Upgrades and Patches :

- Assist in upgrades, patches, and migration from earlier versions of MS Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365.

Testing & Deployment :

- Conduct unit testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities to ensure smooth implementation and user acceptance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 4-5 years of experience working with MS Dynamics CRM/365, with a strong background in customizing and developing solutions.

Technical Expertise :

- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM) configuration and customization (e., workflows, business rules, entities).

- Strong understanding of C# for plugin development, and JavaScript for front-end customizations.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.

- Proficient in working with Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Knowledge of integrating Dynamics CRM with third-party applications using APIs, RESTful services, or middleware platforms.

- Experience with SSRS reports and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

- Business Process Knowledge: Good understanding of business processes, especially in CRM and ERP systems, such as sales, customer service, and marketing.

Database Skills :

- Familiarity with SQL Server and databases as they relate to MS Dynamics.

Problem Solving :

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Communication Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, or any other relevant Microsoft certifications.

- Project Management : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules is a plus.

Additional Skills :

- Knowledge of PowerApps, Flow, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is desirable.
