Cloud Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. This role requires a professional who has good knowledge of cloud-based architecture and good understanding in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) products. The ideal candidate will drive sales efforts, assist with product implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy for cloud-based solutions and BCP/DR products.
• Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions related to cloud architecture and disaster recovery.
• Solution Selling: Promote and sell our suite of BCP and DR solutions (e.g., Perpetuity, cloud-based disaster recovery tools, etc.).
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads
• Proposal & Contract Management: Assist in drafting proposals and negotiating contracts with clients.

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
• Implementation & Configuration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper implementation and configuration of BCP/DR solutions in customer environments.
• Customer Success: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes with the delivered solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as cloud architects, engineers, and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the solution is delivered, ensuring continuous improvement and troubleshooting as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Cloud Knowledge: understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and cloud solutions.
• BCP/DR Expertise: Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery products (e.g., Perpetuity, other DR solutions).
• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the technology or cloud services space.
• Project Management: Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer-Focused: customer orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution, including designing failover and backup strategies.
• Previous experience in a sales or technical role involving cloud services, BCP, or DR solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-leading DR products such as Veeam, Zerto, etc.
