E-Commerce Customer Support Executive - Flipkart/Amazon

Responsibilities :

• Candidates residing in/nearby Noida area will be considered.
• Only candidates willing to operate from Noida should apply
• This role is for E-Commerce Customer support operations
• Manage customer reviews, queries and replacement/return request after the sales have been done on E-Commerce
• Make sure all the customer issues are resolved timely and keep a track on the fulfillment of these queries in a effective manner
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Manage customer queries and make a proper tracker of these issues
• Call customers and ask them for feedback and reviews to improve our business
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Must know the process involved in online selling.
• Ensure courier pickups and update accounts on dispatches

Required Skills

• Experience in E-commerce customer support on Flipkart, Amazon will be preferred
• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; and good at computer skills.
• Good in communication.
• Should have prior experience of working on Excel and google sheets
• Must have knowledge of Excel formulas which are essential for analyzing data
