Drone Pilot

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Fixed-Wing UAVs: Fly UAVs following standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Execute Flight Missions: Ensure safety, compliance, and mission objectives are met during flight missions.
• Monitor UAV Systems: Observe UAV systems and performance during flights to ensure operational integrity.
• Troubleshoot In-Flight Issues: Address any in-flight issues or anomalies promptly and effectively.
• Develop Flight Plans: Create detailed flight plans and conduct pre-flight checks.
• Assess Environmental Factors: Evaluate weather conditions and other factors to determine flight feasibility.
• Coordinate with Team Members: Work with team members to understand mission objectives and requirements.
• Conduct Post-Flight Inspections: Perform post-flight inspections and maintenance checks on UAVs.
• Analyze Flight Data: Download and analyze flight data, providing detailed reports on mission outcomes.
• Maintain Documentation: Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), flight logs, maintenance records, and other necessary documentation.
• Perform Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of UAV systems and ground control stations.
• Adhere to Regulations: Follow all aviation regulations and company safety protocols.
• Stay Updated: Keep informed on UAV regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Flexible Schedule: Be willing to work extended hours, travel, and adjust schedules to support testing needs.
• Manage Inventory: Oversee the inventory of UAV components, spare parts, and related supplies.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties as required.
