Assistant Manager - Marketing

Role & responsibilities : Candidate will be responsible for Sales of Public address system/ Audio products in the assigned territory through Company's Channel partner network. Candidate will be required to travel extensively and will need to maintain close contact with Company's channel partners. Candidate should be able to quickly grasp Ahuja Radios products/ applications and study & analyse market trends. In this role the Candidate would in consultation with his Zonal Manager, develop a sales and marketing plan for the designated area (including annual/ monthly targets). Manage relationship with key channel partners and solve their issues/ grievances as required.Identify geographical gaps in the distribution channel (area where dealers are not present or are weak) and be able to initiate filling of the identified gaps. do ongoing monitoring and ensure achievements of monthly targets. Prepare periodic sales report/ MIS, and analyse the same to propose any corrective action. Support channel partners on service support, material delivery and other technical support/ any other issues. Identify and propose appointment of specialised institutional dealers as required in the designated territory. Do ongoing competition monitoring and market intelligence on competitive activity.

Preferred candidate profile : The Candidate should have 10-15 years experience in a sales function, preferably in a consumer durable company that distributes it's products through a dealer network. Candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability of managing a dealer network and should have a target oriented sales approach. The Candidate should have excellent written & verbal communication skills, be comfortable with data analysis and be a team player. All this while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and operating as per corporate ethical standards.
