Manager - Procurement HVAC

Role & responsibilities

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10-20 years experience in handling HVAC works in multi-story high rise buildings.
• Vendors Pre- qualification, RFP preparation, cost estimates, technical and commercial evaluation, vendor selection. Pre & Post award contract management.
• Strong and proven background in HVAC systems design, procurement, project management, and installation.
• Experience in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with well-developed commercial and technical skills
• Ability to coordinate with other team members including Architecture, Mechanical Services, and Instrumentation engineers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
