Sr.Draughtsman-HVAC (Revit)

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Creation: Develop and maintain 3D HVAC models in Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Drafting: Produce detailed HVAC construction drawings, including layout plans, sections, and details.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into overall building designs.
• Design Support: Assist in the design process by providing input on system layout and coordination with other disciplines (e.g., electrical, plumbing).
• Revisions and Updates: Revise drawings based on feedback from project team members and ensure timely updates to the model.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct checks for accuracy and completeness of drawings before submission.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to project specifications, change orders, and revisions.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide support and guidance to junior draughtsmen and team members in Revit best practices.
