Document Controller

Role & responsibilities

• Independently performs day-to-day Document Control activities.
• Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Establish and maintain the drawings and documents in registers log sheet and maintain project filing system log sheet in google sheet & excel of all sites.
• Preparing transmittal / submittal for RFIs, Shop drawings and any types of documents for official submission for project site and office and General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning and printing, typing of submission letter, Compliance and letters.
• Maintaining a standard system of project filing hard copies (Client/sub-contractor/vendors letters incoming & outgoing, Bank Guarantees, MOM’s, RFI’s, Transmittals, Drawings, MIR’s, WIR’s, IR’s) as well as electronics, Google Drive & OneDrive.
• Contributed to design and implementation of overall corporate documentation standards, numbering conventions and templates. Managed training courses, setup and maintenance for DC systems.
• Generated Weekly and Monthly Management reports of all sites.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
