Job Summary: The IT Services Business Development Manager will be responsible
for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining
client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services. This role requires
a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track
record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales
targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create compelling
proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a
related role in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in IT Infrastructure, Database, Business Intelligence, Robotic
Process Automation.
