Management Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, email marketing, and social networking.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored software solutions.
• Sales Presentations & Demos: Assist in conducting product demos and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of the software solutions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated sales pipeline, tracking all leads, prospects, and sales activities.
• Negotiation & Closing: Support senior sales teams in contract negotiations, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to help shape the sales strategy.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: MBA or equivalent in degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Sales Aptitude: Strong interest in pursuing a career in software sales, with a basic understanding of the sales cycle.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze customer needs, software solutions, and market trends to create effective sales strategies.
• Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of software products and a willingness to learn technical details.
