Telesales / Business Development ( USA Shift)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development (M/F) to join our team and help us grow our digital marketing and web development and IT services. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in calling clients in the USA, preferably in a B2B environment, and should have end-to-end knowledge of business development. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales to expand our customer base.

• Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of proven experience in telecalling, sales, or business development, specifically calling clients in the USA.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) with a clear and confident telephone presence.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, web development, SEO, and other related IT services.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Experience working in USA timings (Night shift) is a must.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
