Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Management: Identifying and reviewing tenders from platforms like the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other e-tendering portals; preparing and submitting necessary documents, including bank guarantees and compliance materials.
• Order Processing: Creating and managing sales orders using tools like SAP; coordinating with production and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with sales, procurement, technical support, operations, and service teams to gather necessary information; liaising with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for technical clarifications and product specifications.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring all bid and tender documentation meets regulatory and company standards; maintaining accurate records of all bids and submissions; generating detailed proposals and compliance documents for review.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT or Business Administration; an MBA or related discipline is often preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the IT industry, particularly in IT infrastructure services; proven experience in managing tenders and bids on platforms like the GeM portal; hands-on experience with SAP and other ERP tools.
• Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
