About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead - Fullstack to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate has a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies, is comfortable guiding teams, and thrives in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee the design and development of fullstack applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Act as a mentor to team members, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects to define technical strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Development:

• Lead the development of end-to-end features, including front-end user interfaces and back-end services.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.

Project Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Break down complex tasks into actionable development milestones.
• Coordinate team efforts to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest in fullstack technologies and trends.
• Propose and implement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and product quality.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Front-End: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Back-End: Strong experience with server-side languages and frameworks (Node.js, Python
• , Java, etc.). Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Databases: Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Cloud: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Version Control: Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (e.g., testing, deployment, monitoring).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
