Role & responsibilities
1.Facilitate to strategize and implement the formulation development activities and innovation plans for new products that will keep strong pipelines of products and to provide leadership position to the company in all segments where organization is in operation
2. Participation with management in selection of the new products to be developed by R&D, Scheduling time plans for the projects that are in hand and follow-up to complete them in scheduled time.
3.Guiding the team for choosing the most suitable composition and process during development of the drug products formulations
4.Facilitation and Approval of R&D and technology Transfer manufacturing records for stability and bio batches as regulatory norms as applicable.
5.Guiding R&D team and provide approval of departmental project docs and to support all R&D
Employees to develop their professional skills and to improve their overall performance.
6.Facilitate trouble shooting requirements from Site as applicable base.
7.Facilitation in planning and for launching the new products by providing the required documents, drawings and technical support to R&D team
8.Facilitate in replying requisite to the technical queries for registration and compliance of drug products
9.Approve departmental training records and system based documentations in R&D.
10.Facilitate to develop and control work practices, functions of all managers and supervisors working in the department.
11.Approval of Finished dosage formulation strategic and ensure its safety, health and industrial hygiene, quality, work ethics related policies, procedures and practices.
12.Responsible for facilitation in goal setting, approval for development plans, technology Transfer and performance review of all personnel in the department as applicable.
13.Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow.
14.Approve individual performance and provide regular feedback, development opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary
15.Ensure facilitation of on-going training for all the departmental staff as required by operational demands. Ensure all training within department is tracked according to current SOPs. Evaluate
and address employee performance through established HR systems.
16.Facilitate monitor performance metrics, conduct annual performance evaluations for direct reports, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team as applicable
17.Facilitate departmental compliance with company's policies, processes, practices and systems and maintains Company's high standard of work and ethics.
18.Approval of drug product formulation strategics.
19.Facilitate R&D team to work on a multi projects with tight timelines. Drug development.
Competent for authority regulations and guidelines, General knowledge of GxP guidelines
(SUPAC, GMP, GLP, GCP, GDP)
20.Demonstrate problem solving and interpersonal skills through effect
