Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Engineer III with deep expertise in React.js and frontend development to take on a dual role as a hands-on developer and acting team lead. In this critical role, you will architect scalable web solutions, drive frontend innovation, and lead a team of engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership & Mentorship : Act as the go-to technical leader for the frontend team, mentoring junior developers and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

- Architecture & Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable frontend applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

- Collaboration : Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into seamless, user-centric solutions.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot complex issues, innovate solutions, and ensure timely resolutions.

- Technology Advocate : Stay abreast of the latest technologies, advocating their adoption to enhance the team's efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with advanced proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Proven track record of building scalable, high-performing web applications.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical skills with a solution-driven approach to addressing complex technical challenges.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, fostering synergy within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :
