Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Java Full Stack Development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java Full Stack Development applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues, providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code, performing code reviews and providing feedback to team members to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java Full Stack Development, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members to drive continuous improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
