Urgent Opening For System Administrator

Job Brief:

System Administrator will work in-house or be assigned to project management teams working with outside clients. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for all Operating system and Hardware issues with proper description through internal IT support Portal. Provide remote support through phone or end-user via phone. Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems and IT Communication infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Should be able to install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
• Should be able to install, configure, maintain network services, equipment, and devices.
• Should have windows active directory environment knowledge (AD / DNS / DHCP)
• Should have operating system knowledge, should know how to handle installing operating system
• Should have knowledge on Hyper-V.
• Should have knowledge on cloud, office 365, alternate Operating system (Linux), SharePoint. Experience in designing, testing and implementation of enterprise level networking solutions
• Experience with data centre networking and cloud networking technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting technical networking issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and timeline
• Flexible availability
• Willing to learn

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology related field of study with a network engineering focus.
• Good Communication Skills are must
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
• Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
• A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and flexible when necessary.
• Network security experience.
• Desktop Configuration
• Knowledge of SQL server a plus
• LAN and WAN experience.
• Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
