Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Providing recruitment metrics as defined.
• Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through pro-active market
• research and ongoing relationship management.
• Initiating surveys related to candidate feedback.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
• Utilizing recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
• Develops and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Chennai-based office role.
• Spearhead recruitment efforts for specialized roles within the Clinical Research field, including SAS Programmers. Statistical Programmers. Clinical Data Managers, and professionals in Programming and Biostatistics.

Education, Skill & Experience:

• Any masters degree, preferably specializing in Human Resource management.
• Any certifications in HR Functions are an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written.
• Demonstrate ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built
• on trust.
• Conflict resolution skills, resourceful and problem-solving attitude
