Urgent requirement for the post of Business Development Executive at Santacruz Location

Job position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 3+ years

Post: 6 Opening

Educational qualification: Graduate + MBA or Mechanical Engineering Background

Gender preference: Male/Female

Age preference: 26+ years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Development - Generating New Parties from Government & Railway Space including Railway EPC Contractors.

2. Getting Quotations made and sent the same to the Customers

3. Keeping follow ups of the Quotations sent to the Customers & convert them into the Orders

4. After conversion of the Order, forwarding the PO to the marketing coordinator for punching the same in System

5. Planning, Production and Execution of the Order

6. Coordination with Dispatch, Store, Packing deprt. in order to execute/dispatches of the Order

7. Payment follow ups for the PO received

8. Billing/dispatch relevant formalities

9. Facilitating to provide dispatch documents to the Customers

10. Handling/resolving rejection relevant queries of the Customers

11. To create a suitable eco system to have a winning team hunting for new business from defined sectors.

12. To visit in exhibitions to generate data for new customers

13. Visit existing / new potential clients in assigned territory

14. Handling sensitive clients

15. Coordinating with the factory for required material inspection by the client before shipment.

16. Coordination with the factory in order to provide all type of assistance to the Customers

Key Skills:

1. Experience of handling Government and Railways clients
