Job Title: Account Finance Manager
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Finance Manager to join our finance team.
- In this role, you will oversee and manage the company's financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient management of financial resources.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS or GAAP standards.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, providing insightful analysis to assist in decision-making processes.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial performance through cost control and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations, while working with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve financial systems and processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
- Expertise in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
