Experience: Minimum 5 years in teaching Mathematics at [Middle/Secondary] level

Education:

• Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Mathematics or a related field (B.Sc./M.Sc. Mathematics, B.Ed. preferred)
• Teaching certification or diploma in education (preferred)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans as per the schools curriculum guidelines.
• Stay updated with new teaching strategies, resources, and methods.
• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus with structured lesson planning.
• Design and deliver instructional activities that encourage active learning.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and activities.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and share with school leadership.
• Monitor individual student progress and address learning gaps.
• Effectively communicate with students, colleagues, and parents regarding student progress.
• Encourage and prepare students for participation in extracurricular activities and competitions.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Participate in teacher training programs, school events, and meetings.
