Job Description / Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Product, Brand, and Marketing Executive will oversee product lifecycle management, strengthen brand identity, and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure the product aligns with market demands, the brand resonates with target customers, and marketing campaigns achieve measurable success. Coordinate with all relevant department i.e. Digital Market, Designer, sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Assist in product development and launch by coordinating with procurement, production, and design teams.
Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor activities ,Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify high-demand pharmaceutical and cosmetic products for distribution.
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales teams to create effective product positioning and sales strategies.
Prepare and maintain product-related documentation, including specifications and user guides.
Brand Management:
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Create and execute branding initiatives, including logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
Create co-branding opportunities with suppliers and vendors to boost product visibility.
Monitor brand perception and suggest strategies to enhance brand equity.
Plan and execute brand campaigns that align with the company's vision and values.
Ensure brand compliance in all marketing and advertising efforts.
Marketing Execution:
Design and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media, and trade events.
Plan and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical and cosmetic products to B2B customers (pharmacies, salons, clinics, etc.).
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with external vendors for creative and media buying needs.
Develop content for promotional materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine marketing campaigns and improve engagement.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key clients to ensure business growth.
Act as a point of contact for resolving client issues related to product availability, quality, or marketing support.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
Operational and Strategic Input:
Develop and monitor marketing budgets to optimize ROI on campaigns.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, from inventory management to customer delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Success of product launches (e.g., sales and customer feedback).
Brand awareness and customer perception metrics.
ROI from marketing campaigns and advertising efforts.
Market share growth and customer retention.
