Electrical In-charge | Steel Melting Shop | Nigeria

Role and Responsibilities.

a. To work as in-charge of Electrical Maintenance section of Steel Melting Shop.

b. Maintenance of Induction Melting Furnace Panels (Preferably M/s Electrotherm make) and trouble shooting.

c. Maintenance of EOT Cranes, Manage the Spares, Follow the preventive maintenance schedules on a regular basis.

d. Maintenance of the Continuous Casting Machine Equipments.

e. Maintenance of Scrap Shears, Bundling Machine, Vibrating Screens etc.

f. Maintenance of MCC/PCC Panels.

g. Maintenance of the Pump House Motors.

h. Maintenance of AC Motors, AC Drives, Circular Magnet Panels etc.

I. Have to maintain the ISO Records of related areas.

J. Knowledge of Safety Standards in Steel Industries.

k. Familiar with 55 and KAIZEN etc.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: Diploma/ITI (Electrical)

Preferred Skills: Maintenance of LOT Cranes, Continuous Casting Machine, AC Drives, Electrotherm make Panels.
