Graphics Designer (with Blender Proficiency)

We seek a highly skilled and eager-to-learn Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at InsuranceMarket.ae. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling both still and motion graphics, demonstrate a keen eye for detail, and possess foundational expertise in Blender for 3D modeling and basic animation (if not, then ok). About the Role:
As a Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visual identity, creating modern, bright, and visually appealing designs that adhere to our brand guidelines. You will also leverage Blender to enhance creative projects, adding depth and versatility to animations, mascot avatars, and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Foundational skills in Blender for 3D modeling, texturing, and some basic animation.
Familiarity with other tools (e.g., Figma, Canva) and software relevant to graphic and 3D design.

Design & Motion Graphics:
Create dynamic 2D/3D motion graphics, integrating Blender assets (e.g., 3D mascot animations, product mockups) into video/content.
Develop unique, modern visuals aligned with brand guidelines, including 3D-enhanced designs for digital and print media.

Mascot & Brand Development:
-Bring our mascot to life in creative avatars, exploring 3D interpretations using Blender for campaigns, social media, and interactive content.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to translate vision into compelling visuals.
Articulate design decisions clearly, including 3D workflow integration.

Project Management:
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Proactively solve design challenges, blending 2D/3D techniques for innovative solutions.

Learning & Adaptability:
Stay updated on design trends, including advancements in Blender and 3D animation tools.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing still graphics, motion design, and basic 3D work (Blender projects preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Blender.
Strong grasp of design principles (color theory, typography, composition) and animation fundamentals.
Ability to create 3D assets (e.g., simple models, textures) and integrate them into 2D workflows.
Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
