AFCONS Infrastructure Limited, a key player in the Shapoorji Pallonji Group and a leader in the EPC Infrastructure Industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Investor Relations Manager at our Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Position: Investor Relations Manager

Location: Corporate Office, Mumbai

Qualifications: CA/ MBA (Reputed Institute)

Job Description:

Investor Communication:

• Lead the development and delivery of the companys investor communications, including quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, annual reports, and other shareholder communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Investor Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders, serving as the companys spokesperson in meetings, roadshows, conferences, and investor events.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze industry trends, peer performances, and financial markets to provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market perceptions, investor sentiment, and potential risks.
• Prepare and present regular reports on investor relations activities, market developments, shareholder composition, and feedback from key stakeholders.
• Assist in the analysis of the companys valuation and provide recommendations on strategies to enhance shareholder value.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards related to investor communications, including SEC filings, annual shareholder meetings, and other disclosures.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, financial reporting requirements, and best practices in investor relations.

Experience Required: 10 to 20 years
