Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technology team, focusing on building, maintaining, and optimizing the full stack of the platform.
• Oversee both the frontend and backend architecture, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability of the system.
• Spearhead the DevOps processes, managing deployment pipelines, automation, and continuous integration/delivery to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate closely with founders and other key stakeholders to design and implement high-level technology strategies that align with business goals.
• Guide the team in the design and development of innovative features, ensuring that products are built with the highest quality standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and growth opportunities for a team of 6-7 talented software engineers, with a long-term vision of scaling the team to 50+ tech enthusiasts.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and minimizing risks.
• Make strategic architecture decisions, ensuring technical solutions align with scalability, security, and long-term growth.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and innovations in the fintech industry to help keep the company competitive.
• Drive product innovation and execute the roadmap as per the company's vision.

• Lead and support mobile development initiatives for building and scaling native or hybrid mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the backend services.
• Ensure the mobile apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and usability while aligning with the company's business goals and customer needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering ( IITians Preferred).
• Total Experience: 10+ years in the technology domain, with a focus on full-stack development and leadership.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Fintech industry is an added advantage.
• Team Handling: Experience leading and managing a team of 6-7 developers, with a track record of mentoring and driving high-performance teams, and the ambition to scale and manage a larger team of 50+ tech professionals as the company grows.
• Skillset:
• Full Stack Development (Frontend + Backend + DevOps).
• Frontend: Expertise in React.js.
• Backend: Proficient in Node.js and related technologies.
• DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, version control (Git), and deployment strategies.
• Mobile Development: Experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining native or hybrid mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. Familiarity with frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a plus.
• Languages/Tools:
• Node.js
• React.js
• Mobile Development Frameworks: React Native, Flutter, or native development using Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Understanding of scalable systems, microservices architecture, and API development.
• Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of security and best practices in scalable architecture.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, Marketing) to execute on product requirements.
