React.js Developer (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain user interfaces using React.js to ensure smooth, responsive, and interactive applications.

- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and web services into the front-end application.

- Implement reusable and modular components that are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into functional, visually appealing applications.

- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across different browsers and devices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Keep up to date with new web development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the codebase.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.

- Debug issues and optimize the front-end code for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, back-end developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a React Developer or similar role in front-end development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end technologies.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (e.g., Promises, async/await).

- Familiarity with version control tools, especially Git.

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience with frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, or React Testing Library).
